Below 400℃, beware of poisoning

Application

Easy to use, without any pretreatment, ready to use, can be used continuously for a long time. High strength, can withstand a wide range of working pressure. The high-efficiency catalytic deoxidizer can be used for hydrogen deoxidation and hydrogen deoxygenation of inert gases such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon and helium.

Regeneration conditions

When the product is used for a certain period of time, the deoxidation effect decreases to the point that it does not meet the requirements of use, it should be regenerated.

The regeneration conditions are as follows: At Hydrogen space speed 1000-1, the temperature is maintained at 350℃ for two hours.

 

Use method and precautions

1. The Combat HL type catalyst was uniformly added to the reactor, and the air in the system was discharged with nitrogen.

2. Feed the gas to be purified;

3. After use for a certain time, once the deoxygenation effect of the catalyst decreases or is soaked in water and fails, it can be heated to about 200℃ for regeneration;

4. The operating temperature shall not exceed 400℃;

5. The catalyst should avoid contact with chloride, sulfide, etc., in case of poisoning failure.
